
Titan Energy Welcomes New Talent to Reinforce Commitment to the Energy Industry
Hartford, Connecticut – October, 08, 2024 – Titan Energy, a leading energy consulting firm specializing in electricity and natural gas procurement, on-site generation, and energy efficiency services for the commercial, industrial, non-profit, and municipal markets, is proud to announce a strategic investment in its growth by hiring three new employees.
Courtney Rice joins as Director, Marketing and Communications; Paige Dostie as Renewable Energy Business Development Manager; and Lauren Tsui as Market Support Analyst.
As part of Titan Energy’s broader strategy to adapt to the dynamic energy landscape, these new hires will strengthen its position as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to optimize energy usage, improve operational efficiency, and generate their own electricity. This expansion is a testament to Titan Energy’s commitment to fostering sustainable practices while driving business growth.
As the company’s director, marketing and communications, Rice will lead the strategic communications and corporate marketing initiatives. Ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives, she will enhance brand visibility and engagement in the energy sector, overseeing content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and public relations efforts. Before joining Titan Energy, she led the communications, online training, and research divisions for a national insurance carrier. Rice earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Quinnipiac University.
In this newly created role, Dostie will be responsible for developing new commercial and industrial sales opportunities and help project manage new and existing opportunities within Titan Energy’s onsite generation division, TitanGen. She brings sales, marketing, and social media expertise from her time in both the entertainment and marketing industries. Dostie earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from University of Miami.
As a market support analyst, Tsui will help drive new growth opportunities to Titan Energy’s electricity and natural gas procurement operations by working hand in hand with Titan Energy sales representatives in developing client-focused pricing options, presentations, and analyses. Her customer service and marketing background will align with the future growth of the role. Tsui earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing management from University of Connecticut School of Business.
