Expanded Sustainability Team Enhances Titan Energy's Ability to Deliver Cost-Saving, High-Impact Energy Solutions

Titan Energy today announced the appointment of Jon Scavone as Director, Sustainability Services and the promotion of Donald Potter, EMIT, to Senior Manager, Titan Solutions, reinforcing the company's commitment to expanding its energy efficiency, electrification, and sustainability offerings nationwide.

The appointments support the continued growth of Titan Solutions, the sustainable energy division of Titan Energy. Titan Solutions helps municipalities, commercial organizations, multifamily properties, educational institutions, senior living communities, and other organizations reduce energy costs, improve operational efficiency, and achieve long-term sustainability goals.

As Director, Sustainability Services, Scavone will assist customers identify and implement strategies that reduce energy consumption, lower operating costs, and support environmental objectives. With more than 15 years of experience in energy, lighting, electrification, and business development, Scavone specializes in developing comprehensive solutions that integrate energy efficiency, EV charging infrastructure, incentive programs, and innovative financing strategies.

Prior to joining Titan Energy, Scavone founded J.J. Energy Solutions, a vendor-neutral consultancy focused on EV charging and energy efficiency projects. He has also held leadership positions with Resource Lighting & Energy, Signify, Digital Lumens, and Earthlight Technologies, where he consistently delivered significant revenue growth, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and helped organizations secure millions of dollars in incentives and grants.

In his expanded role as Senior Manager, Titan Solutions, Potter will continue overseeing the successful execution of energy efficiency and EV charging projects while taking on increased leadership responsibilities as the division grows. Since joining Titan Energy, Potter has played an integral role in delivering projects that help clients reduce energy consumption, modernize facilities, and maximize available utility incentives. Potter conducts site assessments, manages project implementation, and serves as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and utility partners. 

Titan Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to help organizations meet their energy and sustainability objectives. From energy-efficient lighting and HVAC upgrades to EV charging infrastructure and strategic sustainability planning, the team delivers turnkey solutions that maximize savings and long-term value.
