What have been your biggest professional accomplishments over the past year?
Over the past several years, Titan Energy has continued to expand into new service lines and geographies. In doing so, our company has brought sustainable energy solutions to our customer base that have provided economic and social benefit to the communities we serve.
During this period, our company has moved our headquarters to downtown Hartford, recruited talented individuals and more than doubled annual revenues.
These growth initiatives will support our long-term goals of bringing value to our customers, career opportunities to employees, and social benefits to communities.
In what ways are you involved in the community?
I coach youth sports. My involvement reflects a commitment to building stronger communities by fostering youth development, teamwork and leadership. In addition, Titan Energy supports various charities around the state.
Guiding business principle: Do the right thing for our customers and our employees.
Best way to keep your competitive edge: Titan Energy is constantly adapting its business model and growing our service offerings to bring value to customers.
Best business decision: Partnering with the team at Titan Energy. Before I joined Titan Energy, the senior management and founders had set a customer-first culture that we’ve been able to build upon by adding great people.
Worst business decision: Waiting too long to act and missing an opportunity to advance the business.
Personal touch in your office: Artwork from my kids (currently eight and four years old).
Place of residence: Columbia
Favorite way to relax: Spending time with family
Hobbies: Sports (playing and watching)
