Excerpt of email that went out to current Titan Energy customers on March 19th, 2020
Amid ongoing concern about the coronavirus COVID-19, Titan Energy’s top concerns are the well-being of those in our community. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing around the evolving situation, and as always, we’re committed to being responsive and flexible to our customers’ needs.
We are closely monitoring the overall situation to ensure our representatives are safely able to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
Our team wanted to personally reach out and share a few ways we are here to serve you during this time:
E-signatures
We are continuing our market support desk operations as normal. Due to COVID-19, many customers are required to work from home. This makes printing and scanning contract documents for signature difficult. Titan Energy is offering E-signature Sales Agreements, LOA’s, and Enrollment Forms to help you during these challenging times.
Change in Your Operations
Some of our customers have advised us that they are increasing production due to emergency demand. Other customers plan to temporarily close locations or curtail operations. In either case, there could be a significant impact on the volume of electricity or natural gas a facility may use. If you foresee any significant increases or reductions in your electricity or natural gas consumption during this period, please inform us promptly. This will give us the opportunity to alert suppliers so they can better manage their supply resources during this challenging time. Email your Account Manager or email us at info@titanenergyne.com
Virtual Appointments available 24/7
Our employees and customers are being required to work from home and participate in social distancing. We respect customers’ priorities during this time. Therefore we are providing 1:1 virtual meetings. You can set an appointment with your sales agent to discuss your company’s concerns, changes in the market and answer general questions. Schedule for this week or next month, we understand. Email your Account Manager or email us at info@titanenergyne.com
Expert Advice
Oil prices and natural gas prices are at record lows. During this downturn in natural gas prices, business owners and savvy ratepayers may be able to save on electricity and heating costs. It is uncertain how long this dip in prices may last so now is a good time to evaluate your natural gas and electricity contracts. We are keeping our Titan Energy blog and social media feeds filled with expert advice.
